Unbelievably frustrating!!!

Update:I contacted app support over a week ago to explain my problem. I received an email back stating I would have a response from someone in 24-48 hours. A WEEK LATER I AM STILL WAITING!!! Money well wasted!!

WHY IN THE HECK DOES THE APP ALLOW ME TO PURCHASE ITEMS BUT BUT NOT DOWNLOAD THEM?!?! This app is freaking unbelievable and I have had so much trouble with IT. It allows me to purchase books and comics with no problem. However when I go to download them EVERY SINGLE TIME it says that my connection is weak. How does that even make any freaking sense? It doesnt matter wether it is on wifi or lte (yes it is allowed cellular access) I am unable to download ANYTHING!! Dont even bother or buyer beware!!
