Was disappointed but feel taken care of.

My daughter likes the books but we have 2 complaints. First, its hard for her to choose the sparkling item without starting to turn the page which triggers the reading of the page over again and dismisses the pop up window... Its annoying but forgivable.

What really made me disappointed is that we had already purchased the "My Little Pony: Twilight Sparkle, teacher for a day" which is a separate app. We downloaded this app and purchased both add on books only to find out "Twilight Sparkles special lesson" is the same book weve already purchased in a different app, with a different name (also made by Ruckus).

I originally left a much harsher review, and then contacted Ruckus Reader support to let them know about our disappointment directly. Ruckus Support took care of us and turned what could have alienated me from both Ruckus and Hasbro and into a more positive experience. They also told me theyd look into the page turning sensitivity as well.

For my 6 year old daughter, its a great app and helps keep her involved in reading while shes just learning. Ill update to 5 stars when I see that theyve fixed the two problems we had with the app.
